Where is the venue located?

The Sweetwater Performance Pavilion is located just behind the Sweetwater campus, which is located at 5501 US Highway 30 West in Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46818.

What time do doors open?

Doors open one hour prior to the show.

Can I leave and come back?

In order to help provide a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we have a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. 

Can I refund my tickets?
No, unfortunately — all sales are final. We do not allow refunds or exchanges for any shows at the Performance Pavilion.
Are there age restrictions?

Every show is different, so make sure to check out the age restrictions on the event’s details page for the particular event you are interested in attending.

Are there seats, or is there standing room only?

The majority of our shows are seated shows; however, we do occasionally host general admission shows. Check the event info to find out if a show is a seated event or general admission. If you need seating accommodations for a general admission event, then please give us a call at (260) 432-8176, ext. 1137.

Do you offer ADA accommodations?

Yes — we offer accommodations for ADA seating at every show. For seated events, simply choose accessible seating during the purchase process. For general admission events, there will be an option to request accessible seating when you check out. You can also call Sweetwater Concierge at (260) 432-8176, ext. 1137, during business hours to answer questions and purchase ADA-accessible seats.

Is photography allowed?

No flash photography is allowed. No professional cameras or video equipment are allowed.

What happens during inclement weather?

Sweetwater Performance Pavilion shows typically occur in all weather conditions. However, in the event of a weather delay or cancellation, check the website at SweetwaterPavilion.com, call (260) 432-8176 ext. 1137, or check social media (Facebook, Instagram, or X). In the case of severe weather, you may be instructed to leave the venue — you will need your ticket for re-entry after the severe weather passes. In most cases, your vehicle is your safest shelter, as the Sweetwater Performance Pavilion is a covered outdoor venue.

Where can I park?

We have ample free parking adjacent to the Pavilion. The parking lot is lighted and includes handicap spaces.

Do you offer concessions?

A variety of local food trucks will be at each concert. No outside food or drink is allowed inside the Pavilion.

Is alcohol served?

For those who are 21 and over, beer and wine are available for purchase with a valid ID.

Is tailgating allowed?

No — tailgating is prohibited. Portable grills are not allowed on the premises, and alcohol is only allowed inside the gates of the performance space. Sweetwater is a nonsmoking campus.

What can I bring into the venue?

The Pavilion staff is dedicated to creating a safe and fun environment for all patrons who attend our venue. With that in mind, we take the safety and security of our staff and patrons seriously. Prior to entering the Pavilion, all guests will be searched by wand, pat down, or metal detector and may be asked to empty their pockets.

All bags will be searched. Bags must be CLEAR (see-through) and no larger than 12 inches by six inches. The contents of bags must be visible without opening or handling them. Each ticket holder, including children, may carry an approved clear bag.

No other bags are allowed.


Please enjoy your time at the Pavilion WITHOUT any of the following items:

  • Guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other items that could be used to inflict harm
  • Replicas of weapons
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Outside folding or camping chairs
  • Personal video cameras, GoPros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
  • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms, or commercial-use rigs)
  • Unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
  • Jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
  • Bags (other than those that meet the requirements above)
  • Stuffed animals or toys of any kind

This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, then please immediately speak to our management or security staff.
