Buying tickets should be easy, and we want to help make sure it stays that way! Sometimes fans end up on unofficial sites that look real but aren’t connected to the Pavilion at all. To avoid overpaying or running into trouble at the gate, here’s how to make sure you’re getting the real deal!

The Three Correct Ways to Buy Tickets

1. The Pavilion Website
Most of our official ticket purchases start online at SweetwaterPavilion.com, whether you’re browsing upcoming concerts or learning how to maximize your concert experience. From there, by clicking on the concert you’re interested in attending, you’ll be safely routed directly to Ticketmaster, our exclusive and official ticketing partner.

2. Sweetwater Concierge
Contact Sweetwater Concierge during regular Sweetwater Music Store hours. Tickets must be purchased in person, and you can use either cash or your bank or credit card. Find us inside Sweetwater’s main entrance right past the Music Store at 5501 US Highway 30 W in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

3. Pavilion Box Office
The Pavilion box office opens one hour before doors open for the show. Purchases are credit card only. You’ll find the ticket booth in front of the Pavilion entrance, near the giant white tent.

Don’t Buy from Resale Sites

Some third-party websites look official and even show up above our website in search results, but they’re not affiliated with the Pavilion. These sites often charge more than face value, and in some cases, the tickets aren’t valid.

If something goes wrong, these platforms offer little to no support, and our box office is unable to access any of your order information or assist you. We want your night to be memorable for music, not for headaches at the gate. Known resale platforms include StubHub, Vivid Seats, and SeatGeek. If you’re unsure whether a site is legit, then call our Concierge team for clarification.
